Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Brand: Affymetrix eBioscience 14-1579-80
Additional Details : Weight : 0.01000kg
DescriptionA test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. Purity: Greater than 90%, as determined by SDS-PAGE. Aggregation: Less than 10%, as determined by HPLC. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered. Bone marrow stromal cell antigen 1 (BST1) is a stromal cell line-derived glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored molecule that facilitates pre-Bcell growth. BST1, which is also known as ADP-rybosyl cyclase 2 and DAMP-1, is an enzyme which is expressed by BST1 gene in human. BST1 expression is enhanced in bone marrow stromal cell lines derived from patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The polyclonal Bcell abnormalities in rheumatoid arthritis may be, at least in part, attributed to BST1 overexpression in the stromal cell population.
