Dilution Bottles
Dilution Bottles
Dilution bottles are commonly used in the laboratory for sample dilution of pharmaceuticals, water, dairy products and food before commencing microbiological testing. The bottles, suitable for general storage solutions and tissue culture work, feature either a narrow mouth for liquid samples or a wide mouth for either solid or liquid samples. Dilution bottles, available in plastic or glass depending on their intended use, typically come with screw-on or flip-top lids. Graduated dilution bottles provide more precise measuring for preparation of dilutions. Dilution bottles are also generally autoclavable.
