Driven by this desire, we developed the first safety storage cabinet with 90-minute fire resistance for the storage of flammable liquids in 1994.

What was a technical revolution in the industry at that time has now become the generally accepted technical standard. asecos products combine quality, innovation and safety for one purpose: to benefit the customer.

Whatever kind of hazardous substance we are dealing with, our developments set new standards. With a team of excellently trained workers and our high company standards, we guarantee consistency and perfection.

asecos offers more than 3000 products for the storage, handling, transportation and ventilation of hazardous materials. The company's core competence includes the development and manufacturing of fire resistant safety storage cabinets according to the European Standard EN 14470. All safety storage cabinets are "Made in Germany" and will be delivered all over the world.

The primary goal of a safety storage cabinet is the minimization of the fire risk when storing combustible liquids or compressed gases. In case of a fire the safety storage cabinets prevent the substances stored within from assisting the spread of the fire. A special fire-retardant construction makes it possible. The quality and safety of asecos products are recognized and certified by all leading institutes. Products manufactured in-house by asecos are benchmarks for maximum safety and quality.

In total, there are four cabinet type classes: 15, 30, 60 and 90. The respective type class indicates how long the cabinet protects the hazardous materials stored inside against fire. The asecos cabinet models are available in various sizes, with different doors and door arrest systems as well as innumerable equipment options. Furthermore, there are different cabinets for the storage of combustible liquids, compressed gas cylinders, acids and alkalis and non-combustible chemicals and battery cabinets for the safe active and passive storage of lithium batteries.

GS-tested safety storage underbench cabinets for unrestricted storage of flammable hazardous materials in work areas in accordance with EN 14470-1 and TRGS 510 with a fire resistance of 90 (Type 90) or 30 (Type 30) minutes.

G-LINE

Safety storage cabinets for gas cylinders.

GS-tested safety storage cabinets for the storage of pressurised gas cylinders in working spaces in accordance with EN 14470-2. With up to 90 minutes fire resistance, asecos safety storage cabinets offer maximum safety when storing gas cylinders in working areas. The G-LINE includes a large variation of models and interior equipment.

ION-LINE

ION-LINE Safety storage cabinets for the safe, active and passive storage of lithium-ion batteries.

In the event of an external fire, the lithium-ion batteries stored in the safety cabinets are protected against overheating for a period of 90 minutes. This prevents the lithium-ion batteries stored in the cabinet from spontaneously igniting, becoming unstable or exploding.

Even in case of a fire coming from the inside, fire resistance of more than 90 minutes is demonstrably achieved. Depending on the model, the safety cabinets are additionally equipped with an automatic aerosol fire-extinguishing system and smoke/temperature sensors. That means: Perfect protection even during unattended loading.

K-LINE

Combi safety storage cabinets for the combined storage of flammable and non-flammable, aggresive chemicals in separate storage compartments.

Combi safety storage cabinets for the unrestricted storage of flammable and aggressive hazardous materials in working areas. Safe and separated storage of acids, alkalis and flammable hazardous materials in one cabinet. Two hermetically separated storage compartments with fire resistant dividing wall; integrated aeration and venting system; corrosion resistance of the metal-free air ducts.
